After 29 years in the transportation business William Knichel decided to start his own shipping and receiving business. He and his staff are using the web site as a marketing tool and are gathering requests from their nationwide customer base on issues such as tracking, and rate requests. Bill also wanted to cater to his overseas clientele, so we agreed that the site should be translated into Japanese, Korean and Spanish. So far things are working out well for this new company.
