Mellon's Corporate e-Commerce division has been providing design firm services for the Human Resource & Investor Solutions sector of its business for over 2 years. My responsibilities included developing graphic standards for internal documentation such as styleguides and persona documents, providing design solutions from both the user interface and user experience perspectives for an integrated HR portal currently in development. Our goal was to streamline and modernize the development process.
